Working Principle
The jaw crusher operates through grinding and compression. Its working principle is as follows: an eccentric wheel drives the jaw plates to move up and down. When the jaw plates rise and close with the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw plate descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw plate decreases, and under the action of the pull rod and spring, the movable jaw plate disengages from the fixed jaw plate.
The feeding method for a jaw crusher is as follows: material is poured into the crushing chamber equipped with jaw teeth from the top inlet. The jaw teeth push the material against the crushing chamber wall with great force, crushing it into small pieces.
