Working Principle

 

The structure of a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is relatively complex. During operation, the motor drives the transmission shaft via a pulley or coupling, and, under the action of the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone undergoes periodic rotation and oscillation. The raw material is subjected to compression and impact within the crushing chamber, ultimately resulting in its crushing.

The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has a relatively complex structure, consisting of 11 components: fixed cone, moving cone, fixed central shaft, spherical bearing, adjusting ring, eccentric wheel, fan gear and pinion, horizontal shaft, peripheral hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station, and lubrication station.
