Working Principle

Material is drawn into the crushing chamber between a fixed concave bowl and a movable crushing head (or crushing arm). As the crushing arm rotates around the concave bowl, it reduces the particle size of the material through compression. The crushed material is then discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the crusher. If uncrushable material enters the crushing chamber, a spring system can temporarily displace the crushing arm to prevent damage to the crusher. The particle size of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the distance between the crushing arm and the concave bowl.

The spring cone crusher consists of a main frame, drive shaft, eccentric bushing, cup bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring, etc.
